If I told the aforementioned half-truth, I'd be doing a disservice to those visiting these pages, because maybe there's another person like me out there, not too experienced in martial arts or self-defense, unsure of what's out there and how to use it... Enter ..., who have not only provided me all the information I could need about what I thought I wanted, but told me enough about what I wanted to realize that I didn't want it anymore, couldn't use it, etc. That alone is a tribute to the fact that these are not the sort of unscrupulous merchants who are only interested in making one quick or easy sale at the expense of my happiness; rather, they've got a life-long customer who can't wait to place her next order! With a super-size THANK YOU to International for everything they do, SB Florida I have never before left a testimonial for any on-line store or service, but this company deserves such a glowing review that I am compelled to sit and write a few words! On-line stores or services, by their very nature, can tend to be less friendly places than a face to face shopping experience would be. Not so with International Military and Martial Arts. After receiving immediate, incredibly friendly email responses to my questions, I then received the most sincerely warm and wonderful phone call from the customer service department to follow up with me, and to make sure I received the information I needed! These are people who really understand the importance of "customer service and satisfaction." Their store is loaded with wonderful things, the items arrive well packaged, and are as described on the web site. If you are comparison shopping, do yourself a favor and stop right here. They will take great care of you as they did me. I will be a return customer and also feel like I made new friends!
